Pray For Snow 2009-2010 Contest Rules

The following stipulates basic contest rules for any/all contests both on and off air, featured on NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS. Each contest may have its own special restrictions or qualifications, in which case an Addendum to these rules will be available.

1.	All NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS contests are open to any/all listeners, unless otherwise specified.
2.	Winners Must be present to win on event nights November 17th-Feburary 23d 2010
3.	All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up within 2 weeks of winning. NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS will not notify winners of time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim their prize.
4.	All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
5.	NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS is at liberty to dispose of an unclaimed prize at the end of the 2 week grace period.
6.	Due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS may substitute another prize of similar or equal value.
7.	In case of a dispute over telephone lines, the decision of NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS is final
8.	Employees and families of Combined Communications, Inc., its advertising agency, sponsors, affiliates and representatives are ineligible to enter and/or win any contests if they are representing their affiliation at the time of the events.
9.	All prizes must be claimed in person, unless otherwise specified. Proper identification (drivers license, student ID, or Social Security card) will be required to claim.
10.	In unique situations, with prior permission of NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS, a winner may send a designated representative to pick up their prize. Written authorization will be required along with identification from both the winner and their representative. NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS will determine what qualifies as a "unique situation".
11.	NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS is not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of a claimed prize.
12.	Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to the discretion of NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS, and may be enacted at any time.
13.	Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Both individuals must sign an affidavit/release prior to the receipt of the prize.
14.	Combined Communications, Inc./ NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS, its advertising agency, sponsors, affiliates and representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from any on or off air contest staged by NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS.
15.	All contest entries become the property of NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS.
16.	All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS has the right to publicize and or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein.
17.	All prizes are non-transferable; void where prohibited by law.
18.	Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any/all taxes incurred on prizes received.
19.	In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to the prize, which can then be awarded to a contest runner-up at the discretion of NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS.
20.	For a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to NewsTalk 1110 KBND, Clear 107.5fm, ROCK98.3 THE TWINS, P.O. Box 5037, Bend OR 97708 within two weeks of completed contest.
21.	Sweepstakes/contests are open to US residents only.
22.	Basic Contest Rules are available for review during regular office hours or upon receipt of a self-addressed stamped envelope.
