Upmqua Bank Scam

The scammers are out again. A number of account holders with Umpqua Bank are receiving bogus calls from bank officials saying that the bank needs to reauthorize their bank cards. The callers ask for sensitive identification numbers including your P.I.N.. Umpqa Bank officials say they do monitor credit card activiity but will never ask for sensitive numbers when verifying information. if you have receved such a call, contact Umpqua Bank at 1-866-486-7782.
